Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of warehousing and distribution operations, driving daily management meetings to align with business goals.
  • Provide expertise in warehousing and distribution processes, ensuring that all procedures meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Ensure stock status accuracy and manage the cycle count process across all responsibilities.
  • Oversee capacity management and ensure appropriate resource planning to meet operational objectives.
  • Initiate and manage projects that drive process improvements, cost reductions, and service level increases.
  • Create a work environment that fosters employee excellence, motivation, and team development.
  • Lead, select, and develop team members to meet operational goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, providing monthly monitoring and reporting.
  • Develop and implement standardized KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays in the distribution process.
  • Manage international trade and compliance, ensuring effective product movement to meet revenue goals.
  • Own monthly and year-end warehousing performance, ensuring deadlines, off-dock revenue shipments, and installation targets are met.
  • Partner with procurement to manage international freight and ensure trade compliance codes are in place to prevent shipping delays.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives as part of global operations.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring proper procedures and training are in place for warehousing personnel.
  • Oversee Oracle improvements within warehousing and distribution operations, collaborating with IT and other sites.
  • Address complex logistical challenges across multiple regions.
  • Occasional travel (estimated 10-15%) may be required for this position.
