OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intraday Liquidity Project Manager to lead our critical project aimed at optimizing intraday liquidity management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise, enabling them to effectively manage the project’s scope, timeline, and resources while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Project Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Possess a deep understanding of intraday liquidity risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Have experience working with liquidity risk management systems and tools.
  • Be proficient in data analysis, modeling, and reporting techniques.
  • Functional Expertise:
  • Understand the business context and objectives of the project.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on intraday liquidity management best practices.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification “Preferred”.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in financial sector “preferred banking”, with a focus on financial services or liquidity risk management.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
