Description:
OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intraday Liquidity Project Manager to lead our critical project aimed at optimizing intraday liquidity management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise, enabling them to effectively manage the project’s scope, timeline, and resources while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Project Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess a deep understanding of intraday liquidity risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Have experience working with liquidity risk management systems and tools.
- Be proficient in data analysis, modeling, and reporting techniques.
- Functional Expertise:
- Understand the business context and objectives of the project.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide subject matter expertise on intraday liquidity management best practices.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification “Preferred”.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in financial sector “preferred banking”, with a focus on financial services or liquidity risk management.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
