Description:
Robert Half, one of FORTUNE’s World’s Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For is hiring for an Intranet Content Manager to join the Corporate Communications department.
This individual will be dedicated to managing content on Robert Half’s global intranet, serving 8,000+ employees in 18 countries.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary resource for maintaining editorial calendars and creating site content; developing an editorial voice and ensuring alignment with brand standards; partnering with contributors across the company to develop engaging content appropriate for global audiences; working with platform developers to ensure tools are consistently upgraded and being leveraged to their full potential; monitoring analytics to gauge what content is working; supporting a multi-channel approach across other internal platforms and tools; and serving as a strategic content advisor to business partners and the Internal Communications team to deliver world-class employee experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage content on the intranet homepage, including writing, editing and proofreading
- Establish and maintain an intranet content calendar that aligns with the wider Internal Communications calendar
- Take ownership of the editorial process to ensure content and communications standards are met
- Coordinate the efforts of content owners and subject matter experts
- Support intake and workflow processes, including content translation requirements
- Monitor site analytics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the Digital Workplace team
- Help to define priorities for requests for new homepage content functionality and tools
- Establish content governance and monitor compliance with intranet content policies
- Perform regular reviews of homepage content for validity and relevance
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their content needs and involve them in planning and problem solving
- Champion the strategic use of the intranet as a key communications channel
- Support the strategy defined by the Internal Communications team to leverage internal tools, channels and platforms that continuously improve the employee experience
