The IV Service cares for patients in both clinic settings and their own homes throughout the West Sussex area.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care within a community setting, working towards patient rehabilitation, self-management, and independence. This role involves managing the day-to-day clinical needs of an identified caseload, undertaking initial assessments, and ongoing management of IV therapy.
We are the main provider of NHS community services across East and West Sussex. Our 6,000 staff serve a population of 1.3 million providing essential medical, nursing, and therapeutic care to adults and children.

Manage day-to-day clinical needs of an identified caseload under the guidance of the IV Nurse.
Conduct holistic assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
