Description:
To manage the movement of the company’s advertising and non-advertising inventory across the UK in addition to being the lead on Analysis and Reporting for the Operations Team.
This position is entrusted with dealing with business-critical data which forms the foundation for all areas and thereby leading to high impact on the overall business.

What you’ll be doing…
- Be responsible for all Inventory movements taking place on Adventory, Datapoint, Panorama, KIS and VIOOH to run the life of every advertising and non-advertising asset in the UK.
- Ownership of producing weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc Rents and Fees reports.
- Assess new requests for asset creation and determine how they need to be built and maintained on the asset application and assess their impact on downstream systems.
- Supervise the workload of the Inventory Administrator on a day-to-day basis and assist them in achieving the pre-defined timelines for all system-based tasks.
- Lead the end-to-end process of Estates Financial Reporting across all business areas.
- Reference data management on various applications with administrative rights to implement additions/changes to key attributes.
- Be a front runner for proposing and implementing new processes for greater team output across the Estate Management team.
- To undertake periodic analysis of data and propose recommendations based on findings which may lead to potential impact on performance/profitability going forward.
- Act as the key contributor to the adoption of SAP, ensuring that all requirements of the Estates team are accurately brought together and delivered.
- Handling the Large Format updates based on IFRS16 account standards and having ownership of all updates and reporting on the relevant application.
- In addition to the Inventory piece, there is the additional responsibility of overall reporting on the Inventory and the Estates side of things separately.
- This role will now make the key decision of deciding the hierarchical structure of how each asset is created in our Asset System, not only keeping in mind the downstream systems (some of which are brand new like KIS), but also ensuring that everything ticks the box for SAP migration.
- The above action of making everything SAP friendly will also need to be carried out on the entire existing inventory in our systems.
- The asset data and the hierarchical structure of it are business critical elements which have a direct impact on our overall business.
- Ensuring that all downstream systems and standalone systems like Estateman are aligned to the key asset system Adventory.
- Using tailored applications like Goad Maps to maintain Mall maps and IMS for asset mapping for roadside which assists with industry-standard Route scoring of the advertising assets.
- Zendesk ticket management of all tickets assigned to Inventory Management, ensuring always that the SLAs are met for actionable items.
