From a position of strength, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC), the leader in prestige beauty products, embarked on the Leading Beauty Forward program, chartered to fuel product innovation and enhance market agility. A key element of this strategy was the design of a new way to support its suite of 30 brands globally. The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC’s strategic and business objectives. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The individual will focus on process mapping and collecting various needs and data points from multiple areas of the business. The core function is to connect and build reporting, data analytics, and business tools critical for driving cost reduction, inventory optimization and revenue opportunities for the Americas. This role will require the analytical skillset and ability to build reporting in Power Bi, Tableau, complex excel reporting, and various databases. The individual will be expected to partner with regional and global stakeholders.
Qualifications

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

  • Strong managerial and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills. Power Bi, Tableau, Advanced Excel, SAP and 09
  • Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Brand and Commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional complex problem-solving abilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in Supply Chain.
  • Excellent level of Power Bi and Tableau.
  • CPSM, APCIS, IBF or similar.
  • English advanced.

Responsibilities:

Lead Process Mapping: 40%

  • Partnership with various teams and stakeholders to intake needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with CRSM, IBP partners, finance, demand planning, sales & account planning, Replenishment planning, Global category planning, Global Brand Supply Chain planning, Portfolio strategy planning, and others as needed to gather their inputs on systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement and explore new ideas for training and educating stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain up to date standards and training materials for reporting for all CRSM and North America stakeholders.
  • Problem investigation and analysis
  • Identification of resources and data points
  • Problem solving through various interactions across supply chain and commercial partners.

Educates & leads key stakeholders 30%

  • Conduct training sessions for entire teams or ad-hoc; Champion and coach others through the process when required.
  • Assess current and on-going process adoption and adherence. Develop action plans and set priorities for improvement.
  • Drive creative thinking within CRSM by providing more visibility and insights to analytics

Report Creation Lead: 20%

  • Preparing Dashboards and interactive tools to drive insights, story-telling and decision making.
  • Maintaining all existing Powerbi tools
  • Helps streamline process and reporting across Americas
  • Reduce manual workload by automation and therefore create resources to tap into new areas of opportunities
  • Drive process and reporting enhancements in real time to implement the latest business needs
  • Updating timely information required to support the NA & Global IBP process
  • Lead a network of CRSM Analytics champions to ensure capability stays relevant and up to date with best in class practices.

Data collection & technical mapping: 10%

  • Identification of resources and data points
  • Collaborate with I.T. partners, COE, and external technical sources when required.
