The Inventory and Office Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of Zero Point Cryogenics by managing inventory, assisting in procurement, and coordinating logistics. This role also contributes to the smooth functioning of the office through general administrative and HR duties and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys balancing hands-on tasks with organizational responsibilities.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOREDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or a similar role.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods while managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Gain proficiency with Odoo to effectively manage inventory and procurement processes.
- Train employees on key functions of Odoo, ensuring they understand and can utilize its features.
- Troubleshoot and address user issues with the ERP system, escalating when necessary.
