Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As the Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management of inventory through the full product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the flow of accurate inventory data through multiple systems. Reporting to the VP of Merchandise Planning, this role requires a combination of detailed data entry, real-time problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage and execute product lifecycle from inception to markdown
  • Ensure accurate product data flow from PLM to ERP to CMS, ensuring information is passed accurately & to deadline; troubleshooting any issues and flagging to appropriate teams
  • Monitor inventory across all systems and troubleshoot any disparities to ensure inventory accuracy on site
  • Oversee inventory for weekly product launches, ensuring inventory quantities are as expected and accurate in Shopify
  • Assist with purchase order and product data entry, adhering to product standardization to ensure clean data that can be consumed by all systems for operations and reporting purposes
  • Maintain a safety stock process ensuring that stock values held as buffer are appropriate by category and that final inventory is released to site on agreed timelines
  • Manage evergreen restock reporting capabilities, communicating any notable stock updates to cross functional teams
  • Review aging inventory with internal stakeholders to action appropriate end of product life processes
  • Support with transfers of inventory to Amazon FBA and future business channels
  • Act as internal liaison between the Merchandise Planning, Operations and eCommerce teams to ensure a successful flow of information on inventory events between teams
