  • Prefer computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, POS)
  • Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry
  • Comprehensive communication skills.
  • This position reports directly to the Parts & Apparel Parts Director

Responsibilities:

(The following duties for the position listed shall include but are not limited to)

  • Cat 1&2 (OEM/Accessories) Quarterly/ Monthly/ Semi Annual Returns;
  • Responsible for maintaining OEM returns calendar/schedule. Utilizing Outlook Calendar.
  • Confirm with Ordering Clerk obsolescence $$ amount allowance per eligible OEM.
  • Run Obsolescence 12mo. no sale report and SMI 6-11 no sale. by supplier.
  • Identify obsolete and slow-moving parts to check eligibility for return by part number(s)/description.
  • Submit per OEM site, parts return approval, Acquire RA/RMA# (Return Authorization)
  • Process all authorized supplier returns, RTV (Return to Vendor) in Lightspeed and process on vendor site where applicable.
  • Pack/ Prep and ship all approved returns to appropriate source.
  • Update re-order method in Lightspeed from Min/Max to Force to Zero and change MIN and MAX quantities to 0 / 0.
  • Cat 3 Annual Exchange/ Returns/ Monthly/ Semi Annual Returns;
  • Per supplied product return list, pull all merchandise itemized by part number, description & supplier.
  • Inspect merchandise for original tags and supplied accessories. All return merchandise must be in resalable condition and must have complete packaging and supplied accessories for return eligibility
  • Remove internal labels (price labels, etc.) from merchandise, as well as merchandise tags and boxes.
  • Submit per Supplier/Distributor (phone or website), Acquire RA/RMA#.
  • Process all authorized supplier returns, RTV in Lightspeed.
  • Pack/Prep and ship all approved returns to appropriate source.
  • Parts, Apparel & Accessories Warranty Requests;
  • Submit all warranty requests with distributors, utilizing Warranty request form.
  • Track all pending warranties & follow up with salesperson guests on arrival/E.T.A. of part(s).
  • Returned Product/Merchandise;
  • Run Daily Parts return and Daily S.O. refund reports to identify returned product. Check S.O. bins and gather all returned P&A from cashier, parts counter, and parts to service return bins.
  • Sort parts in supplier bins for parts to be processed for return to vendor/distributor(s).
  • Log all parts for vendor return on Parts analyst daily return log, record all pertinent data on the form.
  • Process all authorized supplier returns in Lightspeed RTV (Return to Vendor), and update Parts analyst daily return log with status. Remove internal use labels from merchandise (Price tags, S.O. labels)
  • Pack/Prep and ship all approved return authorizations.
  • Cycle Counts
  • Preformed on weekly basis per category i.e., Cat 1 HHP
  • Verify count and make adjustment of count
  • Report discrepancies to Parts Director
