Your mission: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk - Level 2 to maintain accurate inventory records, support efficient stock management, and resolve discrepancies to ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to excellence in inventory control.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Receive incoming materials into our electronic inventory management systems (GP and MyCentre)
- Maintain organized, structured inventory shelving and labeling systems
- Manage inventory using FIFO
- Process inventory transactions
- Kitting in a production environment, adhering to our Product Quality guidelines and complete inventory processing
- Support with cycle counts
- Assist with issuing kits to production
- Fulfill requisitions for operations
- Responsible for creating and issuing run tracking documentation packages
- Execute KanBan fulfillment processes
- Handle material request fulfillment
- Carry out QEMS waste monitoring duties
THIS ROLE MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- A minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience in a receiving role would be advantageous
- High School Diploma required, a College Certificate would be an asset
- Good understanding of basic transactional accounting principles
- Experience with inventory software such as MS Dynamics would be an asset
- Strong computer skills
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with others is a must
- Solid customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a high-pace environment
- Ability to lift heavy boxes when needed
