Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensure the identification of parts through efficient and effective processes to maximize productivity, enabling the achievement of parts operation objectives in the fastest possible timeframe for ALL products: Car & Van.
  • Analyze, clarify, and support ALL Parts Technical-related inquiries and questions to enable smooth Parts Business revenue targets for Car & Van, aligning with the yearly Operating Plan.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest service level possible, managing cost-effective stock levels, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring up-to-date logistics and documentation.
  • Responsible for preparing ordering proposals for Car & Van parts.
  • Translate operational goals into one objective: the right item, at the right time, in the right location, and at the right cost.
  • Maintain and organize Car & Van Parts inventory, ensuring the correct parts are identified based on the latest parts documentation.
  • Maintain correspondence and communication with the Regional Logistic Center, Global Logistics Center, and Local Vendors.
  • Achieve and sustain a healthy inventory, ensuring accurate and timely availability of parts.
  • Coordinate and manage overall Passenger Car Parts Technical, ensuring the correct identification of parts based on the updated documentation.
  • Oversee the programming of DRT/TRP items and ensure accurate maintenance of Supersession Parts (C-Code).
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, including the Inchcape Global Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery Policy, and FCPA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • D3 any major
  • Basic english course
  • Automotive Parts Basic System, Electronic Parts Catalogue (Xentry Parts Information), Automotive Accessories
  • BEV basic knowledge
  • At least 5 year related working experience in Global Logistic & Parts
  • Good Ms. Office skill (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Good Knowledge of Automotive Parts Business.
  • Good presentation and reporting skill.
  • Good working performance individually as well as a team.
  • Faimiliar with SAP system, Inventory Management System, FBS/FBS3 Programming station (security parts programming)
