Description:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Formal Education High School diploma or GED
Experience 1-2 years
UPDATING OF KNOWLEDGE
Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
Responsibilities:
Maintain company standards in housekeeping and contamination control.
Responsible for inventory control to include maintaining stocking levels, inventory turns and appropriate gross profits.
Advocates positive relationships among peers and team members, including product support sales, service personnel and prime product sales.
Reviews vendor agreements to maximize on purchasing discounts and return allowances.
Uses CAT PSCS to review and process claims on all available parts marketing programs
Gather, analyze and report on key business metrics including fill rates, return percentages, FDO opportunities, inventory discrepancies and stock back order reporting.
Performs other duties as assigned.
