  • Provide daily oversight of warehouse inventory integrity
  • Perform customer parcel audits to ensure accuracy prior to shipping.
  • Verify accuracy of product in locations daily versus the quantities in the Warehouse Management System
  • Investigate, analyze, report and correct discrepancies found by physically counting product as required by outlined protocols
  • Communicate effectively within the organization
  • Maintain and distribute accuracy reports on inventory
  • Investigate inbound vendor shipment variances when requested
  • Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management.
  • Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner
  • Trains and assists others with cycle counting and auditing as needed
  • Identifies issues and opportunities to help improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes

Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess good judgement and decision making ability in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent math aptitude and extremely detail oriented
  • Prior experience using: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with MAPICS, JDE, and AS400 and RF Units preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and carry out broad range of assignments, suggest improvements and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to drive material handling equipment and climb ladders
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Participation in working overtime as required
