We are currently recruiting for anInventory Control Clerkto join our customer support team at our new fully automated facilitylocatedin Peterborough.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 working 37.5 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch.
Salary: £24,734.42 PA paid monthly

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will:

  • Take an active role ininvestigating stock queries and discrepancies influenced by internal requests and customer queries.
  • Support in systemically ensuring the smooth flow of stock inbound and outbound to ourColdstore.
  • Action andmonitorthe site shared inbox, ensuring email queries are answered inan appropriatetimeframe.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service to ournumerouscustomers through email and by phone.
  • Maintain commitment and positive relationship with customers.
  • Provide data to customers to improve performanceand support in ensuring the site meet KPIs.
  • Manage the NCR process, ensuring customers are informed of any discrepancies.
  • Set pick up’s/delivery appointments based on service and schedule requirements.
  • Interface with customer base tofacilitateproblem resolution and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure carrier/customer accessorial costs are communicatedtimely.
