But without effective inventory control, we can’t expect to be profitable – that’s where you come in, as part of our Inventory Team. Reporting to the store’s Inventory Manager, this is your chance to grow your career within our “big box” format store, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, while working in a role with heaps of variety and scope to advance your career.
Your responsibilities will include:
- stocktaking and investigating any discrepancies identified
- maintaining the GAP management process
- price verification
- assisting with receipting goods and replenishment if required
We are looking for a person who has:
- Relevant retail inventory /inwards goods experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to manage a varied and busy workload.
You will need to be physically fit as the role involves heavy lifting and some platform-ladder work.
