We are seeking a highly organized and diligent Inventory and Materials Coordinator to join our team in México. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in inventory management, compliance, and process optimization to support our mission of delivering world-class products safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating processes in line with Business Excellence and KORE requirements on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
  • Promoting Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Leading the inventory Cycle Count Process and annual physical counts.
  • Preparing and distributing weekly Inventory Accuracy reports.
  • Managing non-conformities found during counts and coordinating inventory adjustments.
  • Training warehouse associates on ITS mobile applications and Warehouse Management.
  • Collaborating with Finance on materials classification (ABC) for inventory control.
  • Updating Material Master Data and coordinating with New Product integrations.
  • Tracking Non-Conforming Material (NCM) temporary locations.
  • Handling Financial Audits and follow-ups.
  • Facilitating MRB routines and managing plant write-offs.
  • Guiding strategies to reduce inventory risks and improve processes.
  • Analyzing historical indicators for MRB-related metrics.
  • Reporting Financial Inventory Losses Accrual and maintaining disposal process records.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Monitoring inventory loss provisions and coordinating Non-Conforming Material disposals.
  • Executing management responsibilities for Cycle Count and Non-Conforming Material Operators.
  • Conducting safety, environmental, and quality assurance training for staff.
  • Participating in health, environmental, and safety programs.
