Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Do you have the leadership, social skills to work and communicate with a team, and a forklift certification? Well, you may be the Stock Coordinator we are looking for.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • organization of team work
  • clarification of current discrepancies between the stock and the actual state.
  • checking the conformity of the goods with the description, EAN number, product group, etc.;
  • quality control when receiving goods
  • identifying and reporting system issues to appropriate support departments
  • coordinating the work of the team
  • supervising the implementation of the plan admissions/shipments according to customer requirements
  • implementation and training new employees
  • supervision of work in accordance with the HSE and safety and fire protection principles
  • completing the records of working time of subordinate employees
  • management of the technical infrastructure of the warehouse
  • systems operation for WMS and TMS
  • employee evaluation
