Inventory Coordinator II

EDUCATION:

High school diploma/GED.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year work experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain or related field preferred but not required.
• Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of computer applications and current software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work in a controlled manufacturing environment; is required to lift 25 lbs. may be required to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Ability to work safely with materials and equipment. Expose to fumes and chemicals such as raw materials, cleaners, etc. Potential for overtime and flexible shifts. Emergency overtime may be required with little notice to ensure operational objective

• Promote a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and participating in environmental, health and safety (EH&S) programs. Engaged in the Safety program by working safely and identifying safety concerns and issues.
• Responsible for knowledge of all warehouse inventory and shipping processes and ensures that all procedures are followed, improved upon as the need arises, and procedures are kept up to date.
• Accurately perform cycle count activities. Performs analysis and corrects cycle count discrepancies, regularly audits locations to ensure quality and accuracy and document results
