Description:

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing the preparation,
coordination, and reconditioning of new and used vehicles for leasing, renting,
and re-marketing. This role ensures that vehicles coming off lease or rental are
processed efficiently and all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner,
while maintaining cost controls.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee the preparation and check-in of vehicles, ensuring all areaccounted for via Zoho Creator App, with reports sent to relevant teamsand clients.
  • Coordinate with service departments for inspections and manage anychargebacks to customers.
  • Conduct off-site pre-checks or appraisals as needed for expiring leases.
  • Manage off-site vehicle detailing, ensuring timely completion andcleanliness standards, while controlling costs.
  • Maintain inventory security, including vehicle keys and lot conditions, andreport any issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the lot, both front and rear.
  • Support all departments by adhering to established procedures.
  • Oversee facility security, including locking up, setting alarms, andensuring all equipment is powered down.
  • Apply decals to vehicles for leases and rentals as required.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Google Excel spreadsheet for tracking andcontrol.
  • Ensure security protocols are in place, including the placement of ablocker vehicle after hours.

This role requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a focus on
cost efficiency while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle preparation and
security
