Job Purpose: The Inventory Data Analyst audits, monitors, and ensures accuracy of inventory data is reflected in the company ERP system.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred) and various company ERP software programs required
- Ability to read and understand technical data for research purposes required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn new processes and material quickly
- Ability to work productively and efficiently without distraction in a fast-paced atmosphere to achieve deadlines
- Ability to adapt/respond appropriately to a change in priorities
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Physical ability to:
- Lift, balance, and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Stand for an extended period of time on a concrete floor
- Work in harsh environmental conditions (extreme heat and cold)

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough review of each inventoried item:
- Verify ERP information matches part data tags, paperwork, and condition to ensure conformance to Company Quality standards.
- Input any missing part information into ERP system
- Review and update Part Master document within ERP system
- Perform and maintain Monthly and Quarterly Cycle count audits
- Transfer and bin locate part to appropriate location
- Follow directions and remain on task with minimal direct supervision
- Keep and maintain designated Logistics area neat, clean, and orderly
- Partner and communicate with various departments
- Flexible to work in all aspects of Inventory Control area of responsibility and overall Logistics
- Participate in special projects and on-call program
- Other duties as assigned
