The Inventory Executive will be working closely with the key stakeholders to ensure all elements of the tours featured in the product range for the Education Businesses is loaded & maintained within the reservation system.
Day to day, the Inventory Executive will be responsible for the loading & maintenance of the Travelbound and Edwin Doran Products whilst ensuring data integrity within the Reservation system for KPI reporting. Whilst also supporting with any loading demands for the other brands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Accurately set up all aspects of accommodation, transfers, extras, and sundries within the agreed timescales for both internal and external use
• Thoroughly test inventory integrity to prevent system queries from internal and external customers, increasing saleability to meet company sales and profit targets
• Support Sales/Product Managers, Overseas Operations, and Admin Staff with inventory adjustments needed due to market demand and fluctuations
• Liaise with all internal departments to populate the required inventory for all Ad Hoc bookings
• Assist in maintaining inventory support by investigating and resolving all queries raised by internal customers
• Verify contracted rates against estimated rates, identifying any discrepancies or errors
• Report any system problems to your direct supervisor and assist with testing solutions
• Perform user acceptance testing on any system enhancements or developments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs on all hotel contracts and supplier correspondence, including adjustments to allocations, rates, and stop sales
• Conduct checks on daily booking changes, advising relevant teams of any errors and ensuring margin targets are achieved
