As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Manager & Purchasing Specialist to join our team and help us maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track product usage, and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
  • Purchasing & Procurement: Manage the purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering products from suppliers to ensure the timely availability of goods.
  • Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
  • Order Fulfillment Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Inventory Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular inventory audits, monitor product turnover, and generate reports to assist with decision-making.
  • Data Entry & System Updates: Accurately input data into inventory management systems, ensuring all product details are up-to-date.
  • Demand Forecasting: Work with sales and operations teams to forecast product demand and plan inventory accordingly.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and manage purchasing costs to ensure we stay within budget, while maintaining product quality and availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain roles (preferably in a dairy, agricultural, or industrial setting).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of the dairy industry and related products is a plus.
