Description:

Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement inventory plans to ensure appropriate levels for customer operations.
- Analyze data and make recommendations to achieve profitability, customer service, and optimize inventory program.
- Collaborate with the Site Leadership team on implementing changes resulting from analysis.
- Ensure inventory plans are achieved at the customer location to maintain service levels.
- Ensure monthly reporting and subsequent follow-up using Inventory Management System, COGNOS, PowerBI, Velocity, etc.
- Mentor site leaders on Best Practices.
- Identify and develop new planning tools in conjunction with the supply chain team.
- Analyze and review supplier lead times and evaluate if stocking requests are recommended.
- Develop and maintain site-specific metrics.
- Prepare Business Reviews as needed,
- Schedule and ensure timely completion of annual physical inventory and quarterly cycle counts at customer sites
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Promote personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies, procedures, and system improvements.
- Develop training materials and train colleagues on inventory management procedures and standard methodologies.
- Work effectively with a diverse cross-functional team.
- Deploy Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies in problem solving
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
