Smart technology investors and bankers understand how crucial it is to understand intricacies between vendors, their products, markets/submarkets, and the end-users they serve. Our division advises the investment community directly (Public Equity, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and Investment Banking) to find ways to tap into and take advantage of the gigantic knowledge ecosystem of technology buyers and vendors in which Gartner holds a central position. We sit at the intersection of the market and take advantage of our scale, which is central to investors. By becoming a true partner to your clients, you’ll identify opportunities for account retention and growth through contract expansion, introducing new services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Sell to and learn from some of the sharpest minds in the investment world: account management with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth in Public Equity, Private Equity and Venture Capital, and Investment Banking
- Quota responsibility of $1m+ of contract value within a territory of major Invest client accounts
- Own accurate forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Educate investors to leverage our tools, services, and resources to maximize impact
- Guide customer satisfaction, account retention and growth by collaborating with clients and internal Gartner teams
- Maintain competitive knowledge and focus in the Invest space (Public Equity, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Hedge Funds)
