Job Title: Investment Advisory Personal - Prestige Analyst
Reports to: Regional Head Lagos & Prestige Clients
Division: Asset Management
Department/Unit: Investment Advisory
Job Grade: Analyst
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of sales experience within a financial institution.
- HNI Client Relationship Management is required.
- Diaspora Client Management would be an added advantage.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of second-class upper division.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Achieves growth in Asset under Management (AUM) and Liability for the company through effective sales, relationship management, product development, and financial planning activities.
- Distributes all the company’s products and service offerings across the target client’s segment and touchpoints.
- Builds sales funnel by generating HNI leads via necessary lead generation activities and maintains a high closure rate of leads generated.
- Drives and participates in all sales and business development activities for the team.
- Maintains good working relationships with stakeholders, other teams, units, and subsidiaries.
- Acquisition of worksites through group presentations to staff of identified companies/corporates.
- Acquires new HNI and diaspora clients whilst building strong client relationships.
- Identifies and builds strong and collaborative relationships with strategic partners and internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensures channel profitability by closely monitoring product utilization and transaction activities.
- Prepares periodic reports and sales proposals as required.
- Maintains the highest standard of integrity and client service.
- Contributes to product development activities
