Description:
Savills Investment Management is an international real estate investment manager with a global platform comprising 15 offices, 12 of which are in Europe. With approximately 400 employees worldwide, we manage assets totaling EUR 26.1 billion as of June 2024. We offer clients access to a full range of products, consisting of Pooled Funds, Separate Accounts, Global Investment Partnerships and Asset Management.
Our German team consists of c. 70 experienced real estate professionals in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich and is responsible for c. EUR 6.6 billion assets under management, with approx. EUR 2.8 billion in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the portfolio, asset, and transaction managers in their day-to-day business
- Calculating return forecasts of individual properties and fund portfolios
- Research and analysis for transactions and asset management measures
- Preparation of external and internal reports on the development of fund portfolios and real estate markets, as well as decision papers for investors and internal committees
- Regular maintenance of the data basis of selected funds
- Initiation of regular market valuations of fund properties by appraisers
