Description:

DEAL ORIGINATION & RESEARCH:

· Conduct detailed research on industries, sectors, and companies as directed by senior management.
· Support the initiation of deal flow for the Company’s various investment vehicles and core activities.
· Compile pre-screening, screening, and preliminary financial analysis on prospects for presentation to senior management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· At least 1 year of work experience at an investment bank, private equity fund, hedge fund, boutique corporate finance firm, or the corporate finance division of a recognised accounting firm.
· Educated to degree level.
· Industry qualifications an advantage, e.g., CFA.
· Experience working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a remote global team an advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Financial modelling.
· Investment analysis and presentation.
· Project management and organisation.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication.
· Experience with AI tools and techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or data mining, is highly desirable.
