REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-3 years’ experience gained in an investment banking, private equity, M&A or a comparable environment.
• Commercial exposure to the Renewable / Infrastructure sector
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills, financial modelling, excel, and power point capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding academic record with a degree in a relevant discipline.
  Hybrid working (2/3 days in London office).

• Support initial investment review and screening of prospective investment opportunities.
• Building, maintaining and analysing detailed financial and valuation models.
• Preparation of regular memos, slide decks and transaction materials for board approval.
• Monitoring and reporting on the portfolio/pipeline.
• Market Research: Identifying and tracking marketing trends, economic conditions and industry developments to inform investment strategies
• Regulatory updates: monitoring and analysing regulatory updates & policy changes affecting the business.
