JOB PURPOSE

This is a key role in Darcowater Technologies Ltd. Infrastructure team that focuses on our investment activities in the regional market and managing the end-to-end investment process. The key responsibilities include originating potential deals and structuring and executing deals.
The successful candidate will possess superior analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a high level of strategic thinking capacity. In addition, he or she is expected to have strong analytical and written (as well as verbal) presentation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform market analysis and research in Asia to assess opportunities and assist in the deal execution process.
• Performing due diligence including, but not limited to, financial and operational analysis, transaction structuring, and industry research on prospective investments.
• To undertake the analyzing, originating, structuring, negotiating, recommending and when approved, closing new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation, in accordance with the Investment Strategy.
• Development of research hypotheses
• Working alongside the relevant investment teams, perform daily administrative functions in a punctual, professional manner while maintaining high-level service standards
• Any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer
