Investment Associate (Full Time - Remote)

“The Collective Ace Group” is a one-stop Service Hub in the Gaming industry, providing the best-in-class services for our clients with all the convenience of a one-stop solution. We are currently looking for a motivated Investment Associate to support us with our M&A efforts. In the following role, you will be working closely with the CEO, Head of Finance, Head of Operations and Head of Business Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’ s Degree required (Masters degree preferred) in Business/Accounting/ Finance/Economics or any other related field with a strong GPA
• At least 3 years of work experience in Private Equity Investing, Corporate Finance or Banking or in a M&A position
• The candidate must also have had a proven track record of building relationships and successfully managing foreign business executives and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial concepts, financial modelling, business modelling, and valuation skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) along with high level of curiosity, strong discipline, and attention to detail
• Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, demanding environment with time-sensitive deliverables and high degree of quality and accuracy
• A result-oriented individual, be self-motivated, driven, and proactive requiring minimal supervision, work well independently and with a group, and be comfortable working with business executives
• Must also demonstrate proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint
