JOB DESCRIPTION
Onni is seeking an Investment Associate to join our dynamic and results-driven investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and supporting investment decisions in both private and public markets. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful investment strategies while developing deep insights into diverse sectors and asset classes.
Responsibilities:
Investment Research and Analysis:
- Identify and evaluate private and public investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Conduct thorough industry, market, and competitor research to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Financial Modeling and Valuation:
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities, including valuation, scenario analysis, and return projections.
- Conduct due diligence, including financial statement analysis and risk assessment.
- Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and sensitivity analyses for prospective investments.
Portfolio Management Support:
- Monitor existing investments, tracking performance metrics and identifying potential risks or opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of regular portfolio reviews and performance reports.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with senior leadership to support investment decision-making.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including advisors, consultants, and investment partners.
- Present findings and recommendations to the broader investment team.
