This prestigious property developer and investor are looking for an Associate to join their investment team.
Partnering with a wide range of investors, the company have delivered a number of major projects in the South East. They are involved in the full lifecycle of the projects from sourcing through to delivery.
As an Investment Associate, you will support senior management with the origination and underwriting of a range of projects, from landmark mixed use developments to one off value-add investments.

The role:

  • Analysis and underwriting of existing and prospective investments
  • Presenting analysis to clients and partners and being the point person for technical questions from investors
  • Have a presenece in the market, cultivating relationships with agencies and brokers to help identify prospective investments
  • Supporting ongoing asset management of investments
  • Supporting the capital raising process for projects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience of investment analysis for commercial real estate projects in the UK
  • Experience of development projects from an investment perspective
  • Excellent financial modelling skills in Excel; experience of building complex cash flow models from scratch
  • Good presentation skills in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of how the UK market works from an origination perspective
