Job Summary
A BRIEF OVERVIEW
This position analyzes and produces reports on the Pooled Endowment Fund, Pooled Investment Fund, Pension Fund, and Short-Term Funds. This position reviews fund reports for quality assurance for all reporting produced by Investment Administrator. This position also validates the monthly financial statements against the Investment Managers’ Record of Holdings.
Job Description
What you will doAnalyzes and produces reports on the Pooled Endowment Fund, Pooled Investment Fund, Queen’s Pension Fund, and Short-Term Funds. Monitors and projects cash flow activity for each fund.

Liaises with the Custodian on reporting discrepancies, asset transfers, cash flows, corporate actions, and other operational issues.

Reviews fund reports for quality assurance for all reporting produced by Investment Administrator.

Maintains financial databases in support of the University’s investments.

Assists Investment Managers with the rebalancing of assets within each fund.

Ensures foreign exchange transactions are prepared, recorded, confirmed, and settled in a timely and accurate manner.

- Validates monthly financial statements in contrast to Investment Managers’ record of holdings.
Required Education
- Four-Year Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Required Experience
- More than 2 years and up to and including 3 years of experience.
Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
