YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a reputed Tier 1 university (recently graduated)
  • CA/CFA qualification is an asset
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous internship experience in investment banking is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing client presentations
  • Researching potential investment banking opportunities; providing research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
  • Maintaining marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks to be presented to potential clients
  • Acting as a subject matter expert
  • Participating in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments
  • Assisting in due diligence processe
