My client is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Broker to join there growing team in Dubai.
Flights and accommodation is provided for the first month.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to advance their career in one of the world’s most vibrant business hubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an ability to foster strong client relationships, and an enthusiasm for relocating to the UAE.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 1 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in sectors like alternatives, finance, real estate, or professional services.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with an ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage).
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Cultural Adaptability: A high level of cultural awareness and adaptability, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Relocation Readiness: Willing and able to relocate to Dubai. Previous international experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the region. Identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and secure new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the Dubai and Middle East market trends, and customer needs, and keep up-to-date with the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage and expand existing client accounts by cross-selling and upselling products or services. Ensure timely delivery of solutions to meet client needs and address issues promptly.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
- Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance our market presence and network with potential clients.
