Description:

We are seeking a marketing production professional to join a marketing unit serving a broad distribution team covering Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day coordination of the monthly fund factsheet production programme. Previous experience working on automated factsheet production is essential, and knowledge of the Morningstar Publishing System (MPS) an advantage. The position will suit a well-organised, enthusiastic person who prides themselves on their ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on production of the firm’s fund factsheets. Through the proficient use of our factsheet platform provider’s online system, manage the production cycle. This requires driving each stage of the automation process, from data loading to the coordination of proofing and spot checks, and handling corrections. It also includes the final dissemination of factsheets to the nb.com website, third parties including Fundinfo, and Neuberger Berman’s internal content management system.
  • As new funds launch, the role-holder will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders and Morningstar to ensure the smooth set-up of new fund factsheets, having determined the country-specific requirements and demand for new factsheets representing these additional share classes.
  • Forge a strong working relationship with Neuberger Berman’s external factsheet platform provider and work collaboratively and in partnership with the Compliance, Sales, Client Service and Investment teams.
  • Responsible for the delivery of high quality, accurate materials to a strict production calendar.
  • Provide the materials management team with ad-hoc assistance as necessary to update presentations and marketing materials, using PowerPoint, Excel and digital applications.

Requirements:

  • 0 – 3 years’ experience within financial services and reporting functions.
  • Deadline-driven, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of investment products and investment sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with the investment marketplace – intermediary and institutional preferred.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team and collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals. Proven ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising with the support of the team’s manager where necessary.
