Job Specification:
The team is looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated program controller. The successful person will be responsible for data collation, validation and review for reporting on behalf of liquid alternative funds managed by the management company.

This role includes the following activities:

  • Monitoring of investment fund NAV development including performance, fees and investor flows
  • Review and completion of quality check on data for internal and external reporting purposes (SFTR, PRIIPs KID, NAV, TER, etc.)
  • Review, quality check, troubleshooting and ensuring availability of data at mandatory external & internal data sources
  • Preparation of board reporting and KPI reporting for senior management
  • Tracking voting, price approvals and governance related tasks
  • Collation and tracking of invoicing across multiple service providers
  • Track and monitor withholding tax data across investment funds
  • Support fund audit and statutory reporting
  • Service provider meetings, periodic review, annual DD etc.
  • Ad-hoc queries and project work

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in fund accounting or middle office roles.
  • Economics or finance related degree or similar qualification.
  • Challenging mindset with a desire to understand the impact of operational risk exposures.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen interest in the broader investment environment.
