Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pinegrove Ventures is a multi-strategy investment platform that targets the innovation economy with assets under management across venture capital fund of funds, direct funds, and private credit funds. We invest in fund managers and private technology companies throughout the innovation economy around the world. Pinegrove Ventures manages funds on behalf of third party limited partners. The Pinegrove Ventures family of funds is comprised of over $9.3 billion in assets under management.
This position will support the Private Credit Investment Team in all facets of loan origination, underwriting, portfolio monitoring and portfolio management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support loan growth, risk management, and client satisfaction in partnership with Investment team and relationship teams.
  • Support Investment team in preparing concept memos, CapMX pricing models, credit underwriting and proposals.
  • Assist Investment team and relationship teams in spreading financial statements, conducting sensitivity analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring portfolio of credits including analyzing borrowers’ financial performance and loan covenant compliance.
  • Assist with pipeline management.
  • Assist in the preparation of pipeline and portfolio reports for Investment team.
  • Provide administrative support for Investment team by preparing and distributing reports and correspondence and acting as a liaison between Operations and Finance.
  • Work with Investment team and clients to resolve compliance related questions and inquiries.
  • Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of processes and procedures that will sustain consistency and scalability within the Credit Platform.
