We have an opportunity to join our Technology Venture Investments team; whether you have experience in a similar role or are looking to continue your financial career, this could be the role for you!
If you’re looking to take your first step into the finance world, this is the role for you, where you will assist in the assessment and completion of new investment opportunities, learning key negotiation skills and developing good working relationships with external stakeholders. With a customer-focused approach, you will liaise with customers to the completion of due diligence and investment documentation, supporting them through each step and on occasion, having difficult conversations with clients. With detailed in-house training, you would also would be expected to be able to close smaller investments with supervision from senior colleagues.
For those with similar experience already, we also have what you’re looking for! You’ll source, appraise and recommend high calibre investment propositions, conducting thorough and robust management, financial, IP and commercial due diligence, assessing the risks and negotiating terms. Managing your own portfolio, you’ll be adept at networking and developing good relationships with co-investors.
Whether you have experience in investing or lending or are at the start of your career, you’ll be ready to embark on a rewarding opportunity, with full support and guidance to learn new skills and gain an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes or build upon your current knowledge.
