Investment Funds Lawyer - Your Role :
Our client is seeking an experienced Investment Funds Lawyer to join their growing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising an international clientele on complex matters related to asset management and investment funds.
- Navigating the regulatory landscape for UCITS and alternative investment funds.
- Collaborating with an expert team on diverse and challenging cases.
Investment Funds Lawyer - Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A law degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in investment funds within a law firm.
- Membership of a European Bar Association, including Luxembourg.
- Fluency in English and French, with exceptional communication and drafting skills.
