Description:

YS Capital/ Xentury is seeking an Investment Intern to join our Real Estate GP Staking team, Xentury team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate investment and asset management, working closely with industry experts in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As an intern at YS Capital/ Xentury, you will have the chance to contribute to high-impact projects, develop your financial analysis skills, and gain a deep understanding of our specialized investment approach. Tasks

  • Conducting in-depth due diligence on managers and potential investments in private equity and real estate
  • Assisting with the preparation of comprehensive investor reports and presentations
  • Analyzing financial statements, quarterly and annual reports of private market partnerships, including a review of partnership portfolio company valuations and cash flows
  • Preparing investment memoranda, generating detailed financial models
  • Assist in the closing process for new investments.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or related field
  • Experience in the relevant field, PE/ VC, Investment banking, Consulting, etc.
  • Good knowledge of the private equity/ real estate investment
  • Significant experience in investment underwriting, modeling, and valuation analysis preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation and excel skills

Responsibilities:
