AREIM INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES – JOIN OUR TEAM IN FALL 2025

In an internship at Areim, you will be part of a driven and dynamic team working on exciting real estate investments across the Nordic region. We provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience in market research and analysis in connection with investment underwriting, deal-sourcing, , due diligence and much more. You will also gain experience in how to apply sustainability perspectives into financial investment decision processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A true team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Analytical person with a high capacity of structuring data and workstreams
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Enrolled in your third year of a Bachelor’s program or pursuing Master’s studies.

As an intern, you will have the chance to work closely with one or both of the following specialized teams:

General Real Estate Investments Team

• Collaborate with experienced professionals on a diverse range of real estate investments across various sectors, such as residential, office, and light industrial.
• Contribute to key parts of the investment process, including investment underwriting, light financial modelling, market research and due diligence.

Data Centre Investments Team

• Develop expertise in the data centre sector, one of the most innovative and rapidly evolving areas of real estate, driven by technological advancements and growing demand.
• Support deal evaluation and analysis, debt structuring, market research, and financial modelling.

We are open to hiring part-time or full-time interns, depending on your preferences. Please indicate your preferred arrangement in your application. The internship will start early in the fall of 2025.
Areim believes that human interaction forms the foundation for learning and value creation; therefore, the internships will take place at our Stockholm office.
