THE ROLE:

As an Investment Operations Manager at Ark Capital, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational functions of our investment operations. This includes overseeing investor onboarding, capital raising, loan management, and ensuring the efficient processing of transactions in ARMnet. You’ll work closely with Investor Relations, Execution, and Finance teams to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage investor and loan transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage investor onboarding, funding, interest payments, and redemptions.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of investor and loan records in ARMnet.
• Process loan drawdowns and repayments in line with facility terms.
• Prepare monthly interest notices, borrower/investor statements, and manage communication updates.
• Continuously improve operational workflows for efficiency.
