Description:
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking qualified individual capable of supervising and supporting Investment Performance and Analytics team support teams which perform and/or oversee audits and data integrity controls of performance results calculated in internal and external Performance systems to produce timely and accurate Investment Performance reporting that are provided to our clients. The candidate will fulfil duties related to Operations, Project, (Internal) Client and People Management within the Investment Performance & Analytics function.
Your new team
The Investment Performance Services Team in Poland supports daily and monthly investment performance measurement and attribution servicing and reporting for various clients and locations across the globe.
Your new role
As an Investment Performance and Analytics Team Manager, Officer you will:
- Oversee and support the assigned Performance functional areas related to Operations management, Project management, (Internal) Client management and People management.
- Provide expert knowledge, guidance, support and development opportunities to staff.
- Own the overall quality and timeliness experience for service deliverables on assigned internal clients relationships
- Support business continuity planning and succession planning to maintain and ensure consistent service delivery
- Support Teams in the coordination of daily and month-end processes and effective utilization of resources
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements to increase client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with respective donor sites and internal groups
- Other ad hoc tasks requested by senior manager
What we value
Experience, qualifications and skill that will help you succeed in the role
- +5 years of fund industry experience; investment performance & analytics or fund accounting-related experience
- +2 years of team supervisory, people management and leadership experience or abilities is an asset
- Economics, Accountancy, and/or Business-related degree (preferred)
- CIPM, CFA and/or other industry qualifications, a plus
- Solid understanding of financial services industry trends and client needs
- Excellent command of English language
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Smart communication and interpersonal skills
- PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
