Investment Proposition Manager

Location: Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Salary: A competitive salary from £56,480 - £87,720 depending on the experience you can bring

A new opportunity has arisen for an Investment Proposition Manager to join our Investment Proposition team.
As Investment Proposition Manager you will lead the development and oversight of a range of investment proposition initiatives as required by business need. These initiatives will support the development across our Adviser, Workplace and Advised business, leveraging the scale of Aegon to build innovative solutions which grow our assets.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership of new initiatives to build investment solutions
  • Oversight of existing propositions, identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
  • Development of proposals, utilising customer and distributor insights
  • Presentation of analysis of propositions and competitors
  • Ownership of Board and Committee requirements and management of relevant internal committees
  • Liaison with senior management and across functions to agree delivery mechanisms

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience leading on the development and management of propositions
  • Strong knowledge of investment propositions.
  • A track record of delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of customer and adviser investment solution needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders

It would also be desirable but not essential if you have :

  • IMC Qualifications
