Description:
REQUIREMENT:
- Relevant 10+ years progressive experience in financial markets, investment banking or investment relations.
- Previous experience in technology industry, preferrable fintech or semiconductor small-to-middle size public markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation production and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, perform competitive analysis, and provide strategic insights.
- Experience with SEC regulations, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with trading and/or IR tools.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of capital markets, investor perspectives, and evolving trends in investor relations.
- Proven ability to work as a self-driven professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Capital Markets.
- Representing the Company in investment conferences, 1x1 institutional meetings, analyst hosted talks, and retail focused IR meetings, both virtually and in-person.
- Organize in-person analyst visits, conferences and non-deal roadshows by the management.
- Maintain relationships with third party IR service firms, analysts and investors.
- Assist in maintaining an updated company deck.
- Summarize and report industry trends, analyst reports, and transactional insights.
- Advise management on IR strategy as a public company to increase company valuation and visibility among investors globally.
- Incorporate input from management, analysts, and industry experts to refine investment thesis.
