CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $57,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $82250 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance. Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our team is seeking a hard-working Investment Sales Analyst. The successful candidate will work on technology-driven solutions to improve our transaction processes, increase productivity, and support the team’s initiatives in the vibrant and fast-paced hotel real estate sector.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with financial modeling and analysis of prospective transactions.
  • Use AI and machine learning tools to enhance productivity and accelerate deal processing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution.
  • Maintain and handle our CRM system and other databases, while participating in client meetings, preparing materials and delivering presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., sales, legal, operations) to streamline workflow and processes.
