Description:
As an Investment Service Administrator at Thomas Doll, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth operational processes and delivering unparalleled service to our clients. This multifaceted role encompasses a range of responsibilities, combining administrative support with client-focused interactions to contribute to the overall success of our wealth management services.
Responsibilities:
Investment Administration:
- Assist in the management of client portfolios, preparing trade proposals, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of investment transactions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, including account documentation and transaction history.
- Work closely with multiple financial advisors on various tasks including preparing relevant reports and documentation for meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on account status, and fostering strong relationships.
- Actively listen to client needs, providing assistance and support to ensure a positive client experience.
Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Address administrative and operational challenges to maintain seamless client interactions.
Operational Support:
- Process account-related documentation, including preparation and follow up.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of client accounts and records, including assisting with money movement, transfers, and informational changes.
- Collaborate with the investment team to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.
Client Communications:
- Prepare and distribute regular communication to clients, including performance reports, market updates, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. You must have a minimum of ONE to THREE years’ experience
- Previous experience in investment administration and/or client service within the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
