Responsibilities:
- Lead investors through the onboarding journey, completing Customer Due Diligence (CDD), contract signing, and all essential steps accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct CDD assessments, gathering and verifying critical investor information for compliance.
- Support onboarding for other business relationships by conducting CDD on funds we invest in.
- Manage our helpdesk for non-sales inquiries, providing prompt and precise responses on investments, fund performance, and operational processes.
- Collaborate across teams to streamline and improve investor operations, identifying automation opportunities for a smoother, more efficient experience.
- Ensure investors receive critical information such as capital call notifications, transaction updates, and performance reports via our app.
