Investor Relations / Marketing Operations / Client Service Associate
Crescent Capital Group is seeking an Associate to join the Investor Relations team in its Los Angeles office. The Investor Relations team is responsible for marketing and communications, fundraising support, onboarding and client service across Crescent’s platform.
A qualified candidate should have the ability to adapt and learn quickly within a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should be self-motivated, eager to drive results, organized and detail-oriented. Professionalism and confidentiality are crucial to this role as are critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task. This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven individual to join an established and growing team and serve as a trusted point of contact for current and prospective clients, consultants and teams internally.
Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing Operations and Fundraising Support
- Create and update marketing materials (e.g. pitch books, tear sheets) and other customized presentations
- Coordinate Requests for Proposals (“RFPs”), due diligence questionnaires (“DDQs”) and other requests for information
- Maintain fund datarooms throughout fundraising periods
- Populate consultant and other databases with firm and product information
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of capital markets (e.g. high yield bonds, broadly syndicated loans) and/or alternative investments
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality
- Highly collaborative with exceptional communication skills
- Very strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
